High School Science

Due to retirement, the Mid-Buchanan R-V School District has an opening for high school science starting in the 2024-25 school year.  Courses being taught with this position may include, but are not limited to, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.  The district recently also added ‘Project Lead the Way’ Engineering.  It is the hope of the district that the candidate will also continue this program.  All PLTW training would be paid by the district.  The district recently completed construction projects which included two brand new, state of the art, science laboratories.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The Mid-Buchanan R-V School District is accepting applications for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker in an effort to continue offering students and staff a comprehensive social emotional health program that meets the individual needs of anyone needing this support. Appropriate licensing must be secured prior to the start of employment. The position is a 10-month position beginning in August of 2024. Salary will be commensurate to experience. The position will also include full benefits.
