It’s National Home Visiting Week, and we’re celebrating the heart of what makes Parents as Teachers so special… YOU! 💛 This week is also all about recognizing the incredible work home visitors do to support families and build strong communities.
Our home visits are filled with learning, laughter, milestones, and meaningful moments—and we know each family’s journey is unique. The HS baseball game @ Bishop LeBlond tomorrow (4/21) has been moved to Mid-Buchanan. Varsity will start at 4:00pm. Spread the word!
This afternoon, Mid-Buchanan students delivered an outstanding performance of The Bachelor King by Martin Follose.
The gym was filled with laughter as the cast delivered a fun, entertaining performance. These students have been working hard over the past several weeks, and it showed in today’s performance.
A special thank you to Ms. Phillips and Ms. Meyer for the excellent leadership and support they provided to our students throughout this process. Shoutout to the student crew who handled lighting and sound behind the scenes.

Based on the results of the survey, we are going to keep Academic Awards Night on May 15. We will move it up to 5pm and do senior awards first. The following items will be recognized at Awards Night: department awards, honor roll, perfect attendance and advanced EOC scores. The following will be recognized at graduation: ACT, Drug Free Superstars, Scholar Athletes, Career Tech and scholarships. Senior Signing Day is going to be May 8 at 2:30pm. Remind your seniors to watch their email to fill out the forms for signing day and the senior slideshow at graduation!
