The 2024 yearbook will be distributed in Ms. Phillips room beginning at 7:30 am on Wednesday. This is for current students in grades 8-12 who already purchased one.
If you didn't purchase a 2024 yearbook, they will be available for sale on Thursday for $70.

Picture packets for 7th-12th grade were passed out today at lunch. Seniors have composite pictures on Tuesday and 7th-11th will have pictures on Wednesday.

We want to give a big shout out to Mrs. Boyer and her students who competed at the Missouri State Fair last weekend in Sedalia Missouri.
Rabbit Show: Kirby Boyer, Ruby Boyer, Siera Hanway, and Toney Sandlin.
Siera, Ruby, and Kirby won Showmanship in their respective categories. Toney placed second in her category. Toney also won Grand Champion Silver Fox and Ruby won Reserve Champion Mini Rex.
Horse Show: Sydney Kleine and Nikki Ferguson
Nikki finished 6th in Ranch Trail, 7th in English Equation, and 6th in Reining. Sydney was 6th in Hunter Under Saddle.
Tomorrow is the day! First bell rings at 7:45 with the tardy bell at 7:50. We ask that any students in the Parent Pick Up Line be the only individuals that get out of the car to keep the line moving.

Wednesday was a fantastic day of learning to kick off the new school year! Our educators came together to refine their craft. We were honored to have Mike Rutherford lead the session, where he explored several Artisan Teacher Themes. Teachers are energized and ready to welcome our students back into the building for an amazing year ahead!

Tomorrow, 8/16, and next Monday, 8/19, the subcontractor completing the asphalt sealing and striping will be onsite. All staff, students, and parents will need to park in the main lot only. The subcontractor is expecting to be finished by mid day on Monday. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Today, Mid-Buchanan had the pleasure of hosting paraprofessionals from several schools across Northwest Missouri for our 2nd Annual Para Bootcamp! A big thank you to all of our incredible speakers and participating schools for making this event a success. With over 100 attendees, it was a day full of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.
