Welcome, Chelsey Jackson, Nurse Assistant!
We are excited to welcome Chelsey Jackson as our new nurse assistant at Mid-Buchanan! Chelsey is a proud 2011 Mid-Buchanan graduate, as is her husband, Alex. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri Western and brings her passion for healthcare to our school community.
Chelsey’s connection to Mid-Buchanan runs deep—her three children, Wade (5), Colt (3), and Lettie (born in November), will all be Dragons, and her extended family, including her sisters, nieces, and nephews, are also part of the district.
She is excited to join the MB team on February 4th and looks forward to meeting students, staff, and families. Please join us in giving Chelsey a warm Dragon welcome!

Welcome to the Mid-Buchanan Team: Chelsea Everly, District Nurse
We are thrilled to welcome Chelsea Everly to the Mid-Buchanan family as our new district nurse! As a proud Mid-Buchanan graduate and dedicated community member, Chelsea brings a wealth of experience and passion to her new role.
Chelsea has 15 years of nursing experience and is a graduate of Missouri Western. She also completed training alongside a Mid-Buchanan school nurse while attending Missouri Western, gaining valuable insight into the health needs of students. A devoted mother of two and a lifelong supporter of Mid-Buchanan, Chelsea is excited to return to her roots and make a positive impact.
In her new role as a district nurse, Chelsea is eager to educate students on the importance of living healthier lives and fostering habits that contribute to their overall well-being. Her professional expertise and personal connection to our district make her an incredible addition to our team.

Welcome to the Mid-Buchanan Team: Rhonda Forsberg, Parents as Teacher Educator
We are thrilled to announce that Rhonda Forsberg, a familiar face in the Mid-Buchanan district, is stepping into the role of our new Parents as Teachers (PAT) Educator!
Rhonda brings a wealth of experience to this position. She is a certified teacher with years of expertise, and many of you may already know her from her previous role as a dedicated paraprofessional here in the district. Her passion for education and commitment to our families make her a perfect fit to continue the incredible work of our PAT program.
Outside of school, Rhonda is a proud wife and mom to her daughter, who also attends Mid-Buchanan. Her love for our community and dedication to supporting families shine through in everything she does.

We are excited to announce the upcoming Preschool Screening for students residing in our district. Screening will take place in the old Elementary School Library
Please ensure you bring the following documents to the screening:
Proof of residence (e.g., utility bill or lease agreement)
Birth certificate or other proof of your child's age
Immunization records
Any legal documentation regarding custody or guardianship (if applicable)
We look forward to meeting you and your child at the Preschool Screening. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
