We are thrilled to announce that Mary Kelly, Mid-Buchanan R-V Elementary School Librarian, was named a finalist for the Missouri Association of School Librarians (MASL) Librarian of the Year!
This prestigious honor began with nominations across Missouri’s 11 regions. After being named the top representative for our area, Mary advanced as one of only four finalists presented to the MASL Executive Council.

Learn about postsecondary options, including college, technical training, and careers
Our goal is to ensure that every student has a meaningful plan that prepares them for success in college, career, and life.
You can support your student by:
Talking with them about their interests and goals
Reviewing their course selections and plans
Encouraging them to take advantage of career exploration opportunities
We encourage you to stay involved in your student’s ICAP journey. Your student's ICAP can be viewed on Missouri Connections. Students can log into their Clever accounts to access this portal. If you have any questions or would like to learn more, please feel free to contact our school.

The gym was filled with laughter as the cast delivered a fun, entertaining performance. These students have been working hard over the past several weeks, and it showed in today’s performance.

Based on the results of the survey, we are going to keep Academic Awards Night on May 15. We will move it up to 5pm and do senior awards first. The following items will be recognized at Awards Night: department awards, honor roll, perfect attendance and advanced EOC scores. The following will be recognized at graduation: ACT, Drug Free Superstars, Scholar Athletes, Career Tech and scholarships. Senior Signing Day is going to be May 8 at 2:30pm. Remind your seniors to watch their email to fill out the forms for signing day and the senior slideshow at graduation!
