With Tax-Free Weekend happening this weekend, we wanted to share our school supply lists for anyone planning to shop!

The Fall Activities Parent-Student meeting will take place on August 10th at 5:00pm in the main gym. This will include new and relevant information regarding activities this year. This will also give a chance to meet with coaches and sponsors before the year begins. Be there if you can!

Online registration is open! Login to your parent portal to update your information, upload proof of residency and complete lunch forms, handbook information, etc. We encourage all families to complete the lunch forms, as it can open more opportunities for our students.

Activity Registration is open! Arbiter has purchased our previous registration platform so a new account will need to made. Use the link below to make an account and complete the registration form. All JH/HS students participating in an activity will need to have a valid physical uploaded to their registration. Physicals are good for two years unless stated otherwise. Bailey represented Missouri at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference in Orlando, FL, and earned a gold medal in the Sports Nutrition event!

She joined over 10,000 students nationwide for a week of leadership, competition, and career exploration. We’re proud of her outstanding achievement and leadership!

Beginning on Friday, June 27, ATHENA care will be in the Safe Room. Please use the Parent Pick Up area for drop off and pick up. ATHENA will be available for students throughout the beginning of school, only being closed on Friday, July 4 at this time. Please remember that all-day ATHENA requires your child to bring a lunch.

UPCOMING DATES: Activities/Athletics Dead Week will be from June 28th- July 6th. All facilities will be closed during this time. The track and football field will be closed starting July 7th for approximately a week while the track gets resprayed. Our on-site Physical Clinic will take place on July 10th. Make sure to sign up for a spot!

Attention Summer School Parents! Students that have 100% (or have missed less than one day) will have a note sent home today with your child(ren). Staff will be available in the elementary office from 3:15-6:00 pm on June 26. A guardian MUST BE present with the student to pick up and sign for the money. If you are unable to pick up money at that time, it will be available at Central Office after July 8th, Monday-Thursday from 8:00-3:30 pm. Please reach out to the elementary office with any questions.

To meet the requirements of summer school hours, we will need to adjust arrival and dismissal times starting tomorrow, June 18, through Thursday, June 26. Bus routes will pick students up 10-15 minutes earlier than their current times in the mornings and will drop students off 10-15 minutes later than their current times in the afternoons. The lunch option for Wednesday, June 18, will be changed to what was offered today. The website will reflect these changes. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to a water main break at a nearby construction site, the school is without water and will remain without water for an extended period of time. Bus routes will run at 9 to take students home. Please call the elementary office to let us know your child's transportation home. **This also will close ATHENA and all WEIGHTS and Practices/Open Gyms for today.

Mid-Buchanan is hosting an on-site physical clinic July 10th with Family Nurse Practitioner, Melissa Farris! Physicals will be $30 by either cash or Venmo. Follow the link below to reserve your time slot. Additional slots will be added if necessary. Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the attached form. Physicals will take place in the nurse's office. Please remember all students participating in activities will need to upload an updated physical each year. Physicals are usually good for two years.
